About the Job:
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will support our marketing functions including partner, event, demand generation, brand and product marketing. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn, contribute across multiple disciplines, and play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, pipeline generation, and customer and partner engagement.
This position reports to Arcoro’s Director of Partner Marketing and will work closely with other marketing and sales team members to support growth initiatives. If you are a motivated marketer looking for hands-on experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, we’d love to talk to you!
What you will be doing:
- Drive execution of integrated campaigns including in person and virtual events, email marketing, landing pages, content, segmentation, list building, research and sales enablement.
- Manage marketing events and webinars, ensuring seamless execution from planning to follow-up.
- Assist with content development drafting copy and working with internal teams to develop compelling messaging for events, campaigns, social media, blogs and more.
- Drive pipeline growth by successfully executing marketing campaigns and events across associations, resellers and partner channels
- Monitor marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations based on key metrics.
- Support CRM and marketing automation efforts by helping to maintain clean data, campaign setup, and reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and customer success teams, assisting with marketing alignment and sales enablement initiatives.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, eager to take on new challenges and learn across different marketing disciplines.
- Experience with marketing tools like project management software (Asana) and basic design tools (Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to use conversational AI to accelerate productivity, ideation, and execution across marketing initiatives.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different teams
- Experience participating in industry tradeshows and events
- Ability to travel to attend events
